Terms & Conditions

• Rates are excluding 6% SST
• The Corporate Rate is applicable to individual bookings for a maximum of 9 rooms only.
• Group rates will be negotiated on a case-to-case basis.
• Cancellation of booking must be received by the Hotel at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Any last-minute cancellation or “No Show” will incur one night charge and room reservations without guarantees will automatically be released after 18:00 hours on the day of arrival.
• Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card 📲 for verification upon check-in.

Check-in / Check-out hours

• Check-in time is after 15:00 hours. Requests for early check-in will be subject to availability, however to guarantee early check in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest’s arrival. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out up to 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% of the applicable contracted rate per room. For check-out after 18:00 hours, a contracted full night’s rate will apply.

*Both of the above check-in and check-out facilities are subject to availability on the arrival and departure pattern of the Hotel

“Closed-out” Dates

• The Hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of any “closed out” date.
