General Terms and Conditions

• Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability. Reservations can be made via:-

• Official check-in time is 1400hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs on the departure date
• Reservation is held till 1400hrs unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit for tenancy of less than one (1) month. The amount to be guaranteed is as follows:-
  • One (1) night rental for less than 7 nights stay
  • Two (2) nights rental for 7 to 29 nights stay
• For tenancy of One (1) month to Three (3) months
  • One (1) month advance rental is required upon check in
• For tenancy of Four (4) months to Six (6) months
  • A security deposit of One (1) month rental plus One (1) month advance rental is required upon check in
• For tenancy of Seven (7) months to Twelve (12) months
  • A security deposit of Two (2) months rental plus One (1) month advance rental is required upon check in
• Other miscellaneous charges such as laundry services, transportation, telephone charges, dining-in food delivery or any other incidental cost not included in the above accommodation charges will be separately charged. Our reception may request for deposits for such miscellaneous charges upon check-in
• Cancellations must be advised with a minimum notice period of 72 hours prior to arrival
• Cancellation received less than the required notice period and/or in event guest did not turn up withoutany notice (No-Show) will be subject to the following charges:-
  • One (1) night rental for less than 7 nights stay
  • Two (2) nights rental for 7 to 29 nights stay
  • Three (3) nights rental for 30 nights and above stay
• The maximum number of 'permitted occupants' is 2 persons to a Studio categories, 3 persons to a 1-Bedroom categories, and 5 persons to 3 bedroom categories
• Complimentary for child below 12 years old sharing the same bed with parents with maximum of 2 per 1 bedroom
• Extra Bed is available at RM130.00+ (RM137.80nett) per night (inclusive Breakfast for 1 person). Only 1 extra bed is allowed per apartment
• Invito Hotel & Residence reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the Term in the event oftax revisions by the government (or such other legitimate authority) and serve charge revisions as may be reasonably necessary
• Invito Hotel & Residence reserves the right to claim compensation for lost on exchange arisingfrom accounts settled in foreign currencies
• The Management reserves the right to change the above rates
• MIA members need to present the MIA E-Card ☜ upon check-in. Corporate rates will not be offered over the counter without authorised identifications

Payment Terms

• Full advance payment of accommodation charges is required at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. For billing to company, credit facilities must be established in advance
• For monthly stay, accommodation charges are to be paid prior to commencement of each month
