  • Fees for early check-in or late check-out are waived and guests are entitled to a full 24 hours (regardless of) check-in time.
  • Complimentary refreshments at the Premier Lounge from 6.30 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.
  • Complimentary daily buffet breakfast at Premier Lounge or Terazza Brasserie.
  • Complimentary 4 pieces of laundry or pressing daily (excluding dry cleaning)
  • Complimentary daily replenishment of in-room mini bar with refreshments.

Rates quoted are:

  • All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia and are inclusive of service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  • Rates quoted are inclusive of buffet breakfast at Terazza Brasserie from 6.30 a.m. until 10.30 a.m.
  • Complimentary WiFi per room per night.
  • Complimentary (daily) 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.
  • Complimentary usage of the Fitness Centre and the Swimming Pool.

Terms & Conditions

  • Extra bed is RM90 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
  • Buffet breakfast confirmed upon room reservation will be at RM35 nett per person per day at Terazza Brasserie.
  • Walk in buffet breakfast will be at RM78 nett per person per day at Terazza Brasserie.
  • The rates are not inclusive of Tourism Tax that is stipulated by the Malaysian Government. The Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night is to be imposed on foreign tourists and guests under the Tourism Tax Act 2017
  • Please note that the rates apply to individual bookings for a maximum of 9 rooms only.
  • Member are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card☜ for verification upon check-in.

Check-In – Check-Out Times

  • Check-in time is at 3.00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12.00 noon.
  • Requests for early check-in will be subject to availability on the day of arrival. Requests for guaranteed early check-in necessitates the rooms to be reserved from the night prior and will be charged accordingly.
  • Requests for extended check-out time will be subject on the day of departure and hourly late check-out charges will apply.
