Terms & Conditions

  • All rates quoted are subject to 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST)
  • There will be a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night. Malaysians and Permanent Residents are exempted from this tax
  • Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast
  • Children under the age of 12 years old sharing the room with parents will be accommodated at no additional charge
  • Rates are inclusive of complimentary parking
  • Rates are inclusive of WiFi
  • Rates are applicable for bookings of up to 9 rooms. For group rates, please contact reservations
  • Rates are inclusive of daily maid cleaning services, with linen changes after every third day
  • Extra bed is available at RM120+ per room per night inclusive of breakfast for 1 person
  • Additional daily breakfast is at RM48+ per person
  • Daily breakfast for a child aged between 0 - 5 years old is free of charge, while children aged between 6 – 12 years old will be subject to RM24+ per child. Children above 13 years old will be subject to the adult rate
  • Complimentary scheduled shuttle service
  • Airport transfers are available upon request at RM230 nett per car per way
  • Official check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours on the departure date
