Terms and Conditions

• All rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast, Service Charge, 10% VAT and 2% Accommodation Tax in USD
• Corporate rates are subject to a surcharge of USD 20 where applicable:
  • Chinese New Year, Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben days, Water Festival and New Year Eve
• In case of cancellation, the hotel must receive a written notice at least 21 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival otherwise the cancellation charge will be imposed from the total value of reservation cancelled as follows:
  • Between eight (8) to twenty-one (21) days prior to date of arrival
    • 30% charge of the total value of the booking for the period
  • Between seven (7) days prior to date of arrival
    • 50% charge of the total value of the booking for the period
  • No show / early checkout
    • 100% charge of the total value of the booking for the period
• The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alteration by the local government and service charge amendments
• Check-in time is at 1400 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours. Late checkout before 1700 hours can be accommodated at 50% discount and subject to availability. Full rate charge will be applied for checkout after 1800 hours
• Please quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants and present the MIA e-Card ☜ upon check-in to enjoy the Corporate Rates.
