Terms and Conditions

  • All rates quoted are nett inclusive of 6% SST in MYR.
  • Effective 1 September 2017, all international tourist (non-Malaysians) will be charged a 'Tourism Tax 2017' of RM10.00 per room/per night in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. The Tourism Tax will be collected upon check-in / check-out.
  • Rates are valid for individual bookings only, if more than 5 rooms, please contact the undersigned for group package rates.
  • Corporate rates are subject to a surcharge where applicable:
    • Shoulder Season (Saturdays except Peak & Super Peak Season):RM50.00nett per room per night
    • Peak Season (Saturdays of Malaysian School Holidays):RM75.00nett per room per night
    • Super Peak Season (Long Weekends & Public Holidays):RM100.00nett per room per night
  • Corporate rates provided are subject to availability, kindly note that during busy periods the resort reserves the right to apply the best available rate at the time of booking.
  • Under this corporate rate, 20% discount of selected spa treatments at Wild Orchidaceae Spa (advanced booking is required).
  • Please quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants and present the MIA e-Card ☜ upon check-in to enjoy the Corporate Rates.

Room/Suite Reservations

  • Unless otherwise instructed, a 50% deposit or valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Check-in time is at 1500 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
