Terms and Conditions

  • All rates quoted are nett inclusive of 6% SST in MYR.
  • Effective 1 September 2017, all international tourist (non-Malaysians) will be charged a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room/per night in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. The Tourism Tax will be collected upon check-out.
  • Extra bed is only available in the Deluxe room and chargeable at RM110.24nett per unit per day inclusive of 1 breakfast.
  • Please quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants to enjoy the Corporate Rates and present the MIA e-Card upon check-in.

Room/Suite Reservations

  • Check-in time is at 1400 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and, an additional 50% charges may apply. A full night’s charge and Tourism Tax will apply for check-out beyond 1800 hours.
