• Additional breakfast for Premier and Grand Premier categories is chargeable at RM46.64 nett per person
• Extra bed in Premier category is chargeable at RM128.26 nett per unit per night
• An additional of RM384.78 nett will be charged for 3rd person sharing in a Club room with an extra bed. Rate is inclusive of Club InterContinental benefits
• Premium bandwidth internet speed is available at the following charges:-

  • RM50 nett for 1 day (24 hours)

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• 'Tourism Tax 2017' of RM10 per room per night will apply to tourists who are not Malaysian nationals or permanent residents holding a MyPR card.
• Room is subject to room availability
• The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates in the event of any tax alterations by the Government and service charge amendments.
• Corporate Rates are extended on a Non-Last Room Availability (NLRA) basis, and shall be superseded by Best Flexible Rate at the available room type, should the hotel occupancy be in high demand status
• Corporates Rates are applicable to individual travellers or reservations for 9 guestrooms or less.
• Confirmation of guestrooms by the hotel is subject to availability at time of reservation
• Guestroom reservations may be guaranteed by credit card or a letter of guarantee by the company in the form of a written facsimile or email
• Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 1600hrs on the day of scheduled check-in and released thereafter without notice
• If a guaranteed reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the date of check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to the one-night room charge will apply. A one-night room charge will also apply for “No Show” on the schedule arrival date
• For early departures, please inform the hotel 24 hours prior to checkout otherwise, an early departure fee may be levied
• The check-in time is 1400hrs and checkout time is 1200hrs. Requests for earlier check-in or extended checkout are subject to availability and this may be guaranteed by reserving an additional night prior to or after the intended length of stay
• Room may be extended until 1800hrs at a minimal charge of 50% off the Corporate Rates, subject to availability. After 1800hrs, room will be charged at the full rate
• MIA members are advised to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants when making reservation and to present the MIA e-Card ☜ to enjoy the Corporate Rates during check-in
