Reservations can be made through Reservations Department:

Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation of booking must be received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. For any last-minute cancellation or “No-Show”, one-night room charge will be levied, and room reservation without guarantee automatically released after 1800 hours on the day of arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is after 1500 hours. Request for early check-in will be subject to availability, however to guarantee for early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest’s arrival.
• Check-out time is before 1200 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out up to 1800 hours will be charged at 50% of the applicable contracted rate per room. For check-out after 1800 hours, a contracted full night’s rate will apply.
