Terms & Conditions

  • Quoted in New Zealand Dollar (NZD$) and is inclusive of 15% Good & Services Tax. In the event of change in the tax rates by government, the revised rates shall be adopted based on the effective date.
  • Rollaway beds are available at a cost of $65 per night.
  • Complimentary internet access (Wi-Fi) at the lounge, public areas and guestrooms.
  • 10% discount for laundry (excluding dry cleaning).
  • For conferences, meetings or incentives groups which exceed 10 rooms, please email the reservation team to check on function room availability and special arrangements.
  • To enjoy the discount, members need to present their MIA e-Card upon check-in. Corporate rates will not be offered over the counter without authorised identifications.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is after 14:00 hours. Request for early check-in will be subject to availability.
  • Check-out time is before 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
  • Late check-out up to 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% of the applicable contracted rate per room.

Reservations

MIA members are advised to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants when making reservation and present the MIA E-Card to enjoy the Corporate Rates during check-in.
