Airport Transfer Service

• Arrangement for airport pick-up/drop off service, special rates inclusive 6% SST as follows:
  1. By Van (2 persons) – RM95 nett per van/per way
  2. By Van (3-6 persons) – RM160 nett per van/per way

Terms & Conditions

• Corporate rates quoted are on per-room / per-night basis.
• All rates quoted are nett inclusive of prevailing Government Tax in MYR and are non-commissionable.
• Tourism Tax – Under the gazetted 'Tourism Tax 2017', all foreign guests will be levied a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room/per night for stays from 1 September 2017. The Tourism Tax will be collected directly from the guests at the hotel. Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents producing valid Identity Cards and MY PR Cards respectively will be exempted if their accommodation is not shared with a foreigner.
• Surcharge of RM50.00nett per room per night is applicable on Friday and Saturday.
• Surcharge of RM100.00nett per room per night is applicable eve of and public holidays.
• Corporate rates are not applicable for group bookings on 10 rooms/residences and above. Rates for groups are on request basis.
• Corporate rates are only applicable for bookings made directly with the hotel or through the Hotel’s central/Regional Reservation Office.
• Advance reservation is required, and confirmation is subject to availability. Please quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants to enjoy the Corporate Rates.
• Reservation are held till 1800 hours on date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed is as follows:-
  1. One (1) night room rate for stays of less than 5 nights
  2. Two (2) nights room rate for stays of 5 nights and above
  3. Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
• For tenancy of One (1) month and above:
  1. One (1) month rental plus One (1) month advance deposit is required upon check in.
  2. Other miscellaneous chargers such as dry cleaning, transportation, telephone charges or any other incidental cost not included in the above accommodation charges will be separately charged.
  3. Reception may request for deposit for such miscellaneous charges upon check in.
• For tenancy of One (1) year and above, no pre-termination is allowed. In the event of pre-termination, the one (1) month security deposit will automatically be forfeited. Pre-termination must be advised one (1) month in advance.
• Cancellation must be advised with a minimum notice of 72 hours prior to date of arrival.
• Cancellation received less than the required period and/or in the event guest did not turn up without any notice ‘no-show’ will be subject to the following charges:
  1. One (1) night room rate for less than 7 nights stay
  2. Two (2) nights room rate for 8-29 nights stay
  3. Three (3) nights room rate for 30 nights and above stay
• The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is 2 Adults and 2 Children to a room based on existing bedding configuration.
• Corporate rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point of time.
• Full advance payment of accommodation charges is required at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• For monthly stay, accommodation charges are to be paid prior to commencement of each month.
• Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.
