Booking Procedure

When making reservations, MIA members need to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants to enjoy the Corporate Rates at the Renaissance Johor Bahru Hotel. Reservations for these preferential corporate rates can be made directly through the Hotel reservation office. MIA members are advised to present the MIA e-Card ☜ during check-in to enjoy the corporate rates.

Check-In/Check-Out Time

• Check-in time is after 3.00 pm. Any guest arriving prior to 3.00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Alternatively, the room can be reserved for early arrival at a charge.
• Check-out time is before 12.00 noon. Arrangements can be made for a late check-out, subject to room availability. The hotel will charge a half-day rate for check-out until 6.00 pm and a full-day rate after 6.00 pm.
• Early departures (advised by the guest) within 24 hours or more will not be charged. Early departures (advised by the guest) less than 24 hours will be charged penalty.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation must be done via the hotel reservation office (Tel: +607 381 3333) at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Please note that one night's charge is levied for non-arrivals or cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Guarantee Policy

Non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 12.00pm on the actual date. To hold the room for late arrivals (after 6.00 pm), the individual, company, or travel agency must guarantee payment for the first night’s room rate. This guarantee of payment may be made by a company check, money order, major credit card or written corporate guarantee.
