Terms & Conditions

  • All rates quoted are inclusive of 6% SST
  • Preferred Corporate Rates are NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms and above.
  • Under the gazetted Tourism Tax Act 2017, all foreign guests, even if on shared accommodation with a Malaysian, will be levied a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room/per night for stay. This amount is not included in the booked room price and will be paid directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Upon check-in, Malaysians producing proof of valid Identity Cards; and Malaysian Permanent Residents producing proof of valid MY PR Cards will be exempted if the room is registered to them and not on sharing basis with a foreigner.
  • Rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the hotel’s Central/Regional Reservations Office.
  • Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability. Reservation can be made via:

  • Reservation is held till 1800 hours on the date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or a deposit. The amount to be guaranteed are as follows:
    1. One (1) night room rate for less than 5 nights stay
    2. Two (2) nights room rate for stays of 5 nights and above
    3. Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
  • The maximum number of permitted occupants are as follows:
    1. Superior room: Maximum 2 Adults
    2. Deluxe room: Maximum 2 Adults + 1 Extra bed
    3. Family room: Maximum 3 Adults + 1 Extra bed
  • All payments are to be settled directly upon check out
  • The Hotel reserves the right to change the corporate rates
  • Member are required to present the MIA e-Card for verification upon check-in.
