  • Rate quoted excludes 10% Service Charge and 6% Service Tax
  • Heritage Tax of MYR2.00 per room per night is excluded in the room rate.
  • Corporate rates are exclusively for members and staff of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and will not be applicable for reservation made through a third party.
  • Corporate rates are Not applicable for group bookings on 10 rooms/residences and above.
  • Corporate rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the Hotel’s central/Regional Reservation Office.
  • Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.
  • Reservation are held till 1800 hours on date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit.
  • All stays are to be settled directly by the guest upon check-out.
  • Corporate rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point of time.
  • Check in-out Times:
    a) Check-in time: 1500 hours
    b) Check-out time: 1200 hours
    c) Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the corporate rates, subject to room availability
