Terms & Conditions

  • Room rates quoted are on a per room / night basis.
  • All rates quoted are net inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax.
  • Preferred Corporate Rate is NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms and above.
  • Rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the hotels Central/Regional Reservation Office.
  • Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.

  • Reservation will be held until 1800 hours on date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed is as follow:-
    a) One (1) night room rate for less than 7 nights stay
    b) Two (2) nights room rate for 8 to 29 nights stay
    c) Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
  • The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is as follows:
    • a) Cosy Room : Maximum 2 adults and 1 Child
    b) Cosy 2 Bedroom : Maximum 4 adults
    c) Tatami 6 : Maximum 6 adults
  • All payments are to be settled directly by the guests upon check out.
  • All rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision.
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege MIA e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.
