Terms & Conditions

  • Corporate rates are only applicable for bookings made directly with the hotel or through the Hotel’s central/Regional Reservation Office.
  • Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.
  • Reservation are held till 1800 hours on date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed is as follows:-
    o One (1) night room rate for stays of less than 5 nights
    o Two (2) nights room rate for stays of 5 nights and above
    o Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
  • The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is 2 Adults and 2 Children to a room based on existing bedding configuration.
  • All stays are to be settled directly by the guest upon check-out.
  • Corporate rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point of time.
  • Other terms and conditions apply.
  • Member are required to present the MIA e-Card for verification upon check-in.
