Corporate rates quoted are subject to the following:

  • All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 6% Service Taxes

  • Rates are on Non-Last Room Availability (NLRA) basis. NLRA is defined as the negotiated rates offered subject to hotel’s occupancy and the availability of the room at the time of booking

Corporate Identification

Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege MIA e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

Reservation Method

Reservation can be made through the hotel reservation office at 603 2785 8000 or via email to enquiry@majestickl.com.

Guaranteed Policy

Confirmed reservations will be held until 1600 hours on the day of arrival. In order to hold the room for late arrival (after 1600 hours), member must guarantee payment for the first night of stay. Guaranteed of payment may be made by company cheque, cash or credit card prior to check-in.

Payment Policy

Members shall undertake to settle all outstanding charges upon check-out by credit card or cash, except in cases where there is prior arrangement to guarantee payment by member.

Cancellation Policy

In the event members need to cancel a confirmed reservation at the hotel, members must either call hotel reservation office at 603 2785 8000 or email to enquiry@majestickl.com before 1600 hours on the day of arrival to cancel the reservation. Once the cancellation number has been advised to the members, the reservation is then officially cancelled. Failure to call and cancel a guaranteed reservation before 1600 hours on the arrival date will result in a cancellation charge of that night’s room plus service and tax charges. The remaining nights of stay will automatically be cancelled.
