• From time to time retail campaign discounts might exceed the corporate discount offered. Under such situation, the best offer will apply.
• 5 years/120,000km whichever comes first warranty inclusive.
• Credit facilities provided for company registered car only. Customer need to submit related documents and guarantee letter upon application of corporate discount. Subject to approval.
• Dedicated service advisor in each dealership to handle service related matters.
• Corporate customer will be entitled to a flat rate of 10% discount on selected parts and lifestyle merchandise purchase from any authorised dealership.
• Volvo provides guaranteed trade-in-value if corporate customer buys another Volvo.
• Pick up delivery service is available for members who are unable to send their car for service or repair. Members need to pre- arrange for this service at least 5 days in advance with the respective dealer.
• Special invitations to Volvo preview / launch event.

Terms & Conditions

• Members are required to present documents which shows prove of membership (MIA Certificate or “To Whom It May Concern” letter from MIA). The fleet discount is only eligible to member with minimum 6 months membership.
• For spouses of MIA members to benefit from the above Fleet Discount Structure, kindly provide Volvo Cars Malaysia with a “To Whom It May Concern” letter to be issued by MIA, name card, latest payslip and marriage certificate if MIA members wishes to register the car under his/her spouse’s name.
• Vehicles can be registered under personal registration or company registration-name listed in Form 49.
• Volvo Cars Malaysia reserves the right to approve or reject the fleet discount application.
