Room Rates

• The room rates quoted are inclusive of 6% Service Tax
• The room rates quoted are non-commissionable
• The room rates quoted are inclusive of daily breakfast
• The room rates quoted based on per unit per night basis
• Complimentary Internet Access
• Complimentary use of sport facilities
• Extra bed with breakfast is chargeable at RM90.00 per unit per night (subject to availability)
• The room rates quoted are limited to 5 units a day and subject to availability

Reservations Guarantee

• All reservations must be guaranteed upon booking via credit card. The Hotel requires credit card details which includes the name of the cardholder, the credit card number and expiry date.
• Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

Billing Arrangement

Payment can be made either by cash or credit card only

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

• Cancellation of and/or amendment to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date
• Cancellation or amendment made less than 72 hours of arrival, will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room charge
