Terms and Conditions

  • All rates quoted are nett, inclusive of 6% Sales & Service Tax
  • All rates quoted on per room per night basis on single or double occupancy
  • Room confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • All rates are based on the current government taxation policy. If there is a change in the policy, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by the Malaysian Government
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

Check-in time is at 1400 hours and check-out time is at 1200 hours.

Cancellation Policy

All payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date and/or the guest does not turn up without any prior notice (No-Show), the rental for one night room will be charged.
