Check in Time

Hotel rooms are available for guest check-in after 1500hrs. Guests arriving prior to this time will be subjected to room availability. For all early check-ins, the Hotel strongly recommend that you reserve the rooms the night before in order to guarantee an early check-in. Please inform Reservations Department regarding early check-in.

Check-out Time

The Hotel’s check-out time is at 1200noon. Guests requiring special consideration for late check-out should make their request known when making reservations or upon check-in at the Front Desk. Rooms may be extended until 1800hrs at a minimal charge and is subjected to availability. After 1800hrs, rooms will be charged at the full rate.

Guarantee of Room Reservation

To facilitate guest registration upon check-in, we recommend that all room reservations be guaranteed in advance and in the following methods:

  • Credit card guarantee. Please provide cardholder's (guest') name, card number and expiry date
  • Pre-payment of one (1) night’s accommodation charge
  • Letter of Undertaking (LOU) on Company’s letterhead, which adheres to the Hotel's policies
  • 48 hours cancellation are required for all FIT reservations

No-Show Charges for Guaranteed Rooms

One-night room charge will be levied for No-Show on the schedules arrival date.
