Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation of booking must be received by the Hotel at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Any last minute cancellation or No-Show, one night room charge will be levied, and room reservation without guarantee automatically released after 18:00 hrs on the day of arrival

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time is after 14:00 hours. Request for early check-in will be subject to availability. To guarantee for early check-in, the room must be reserved (with additional charges) for the night, prior to the arrival
• Check-out time is before 12:00 hours. Late check-out is up to 18:00 hours, which will be charged at 50% of the applicable rate per room. For check-out after 18:00 hours, a full night’s rate will apply
