Third Person Rate

Important

In the event, MIA members book a Room only rate, and then during the course of their stay decide to consume breakfast at the hotel restaurant, please take note that MIA members will be charged the regular selling rate of the breakfast at the restaurant, which is significantly higher than the corporate rates. This breakfast charge will need to be settled upon departure. Changing of corporate rates booked is not allowed once the guest has already checked in. As such, the Hotel encourages MIA members to take advantage of these good value corporate rates and book in advance the room rates that include daily breakfast

Airport Transfer Rates

• Limousine at RM150 net per car per way (max 3 persons)
• Sedan Car at RM90 net per car per way (max 3 persons)
• Surcharge of 50% applies for transfers that take place between the hours of 10pm to 7am daily
• Rates are subject to change. MIA members are advised to check before confirmation

Terms & Conditions

• The rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit, per room per night, and are non-commissionable
• The rates are net and are inclusive of the prevailing government GST that is currently in effect (total of 6%) in Malaysia. The rates offered are based on the current government taxation policy. In the event of change, the Hotel reserves the right to amend the room rates accordingly to reflect the new tax rate gazetted by Malaysian Government
• Rates are not applicable for conference and meeting events or group of more than 10 rooms. Rates for specific groups and meeting events will be reviewed and discussed individually
• The rates cannot be combined with other promotional programs
• The above mentioned room categories are based on non last room availability
• All rates must be purchased in advance and pre booked for arrival
• All in house guests are entitled to complimentary in room wifi available at the general common speed. However higher speed premium wifi is also available at a nominal fee and subject to daily use. In hotel meeting rooms, wifi is chargeable

Guarantee of Room Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by any of the following methods:
• Credit card guarantee (Members are required to provide the credit card details upon making reservations to confirm the bookings)
• Pre-payment of accommodation charges by cash or credit card
• Reservations that are not guaranteed by the any of the above will be held up to 24 hours prior to arrival, after that the reservations will be automatically released

Cancellation Policy

• Any amendments or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the expected arrival time
• Any no-show or late cancellations will result in a penalty fee of one (1) night's accommodation charge. This fee will be charged automatically to the credit card provided as guarantee or the deposit will be forfeited

No Smoking Policy

Please note that Hyatt Regency Kinabalu has implemented a no smoking policy in all public areas which includes the lobbies, function rooms and restaurants with exception of Shenanigan’s Fun pub. Smoking guests are also welcome to smoke outside the hotel lobby where ashtrays are provided and/or in designated smoking rooms

Soft Refurbishment

The hotel reserves the right to carry out such renovation/s to and upgrading programme/s of the hotel as it deems fit. The decision to renovate/upgrade shall be made by the hotel at its absolute discretion

Validity

The rates are valid from 1 January 2017 till 31 December 2017
