  • CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
    Check-in will be after 2.00 pm and check-out time is before 12.00 noon. Any request/s for earlier check-in or late check-out may be subject to 50% of the applicable contracted date. A full night’s charge will apply for check-out beyond 1800hrs. Both of these facilities must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.
  • RESERVATION GUARANTEE
    All reservation must be guaranteed by one night room rate deposit or a major credit card. For credit card guarantee, the hotel requires credit card number and expiry date.
    For non-guaranteed reservation, this will be held till 1800hrs, where hotel reserve the right to release the booking/s.
  • NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION /EARLY DEPARTURE
    For guarantee reservation, one night charge on each room booked will be imposed in the event of no show or cancellation made after 1800hrs on the day of arrival.
  • PAYMENT
    All payment are to be settled by cash or credit cards upon departure, unless other arrangement has been confirmed with the Hotel. For companies with credit facility, all invoices are to be settled within 30 days of the date of invoice.
