• Room rates quoted are on a per room / night basis.
• Preferred Corporate Rate is NOT applicable for group bookings of 10 rooms and above.
• Rates are only applicable for bookings made direct with the hotel or through the hotels Central/Regional Reservation Office.
• Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.

• Reservation will be held until 1800 hours on date of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit. The amount to be guaranteed is as follow:-
  ⯀ One (1) night room rate for stays of less than 5 nights
  ⯀ Two (2) nights room rate for stays of 5 nights and above
  ⯀ Full guaranteed reservations may be required for peak dates
• The maximum number of “permitted occupants” is depending on existing bedding configuration.
• All payments are to be settled directly by the guests upon check out.
• All rates and terms above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and/or market conditions at any point in time.
