Terms and Conditions

  • Rates quoted are inclusive of 6% SST
  • Corporate rates do not apply during special celebrations and peak period, or when there are large scale events.
  • Rates are not applicable for conferences, meetings or incentives groups which exceed 10 rooms. Rate for groups are available upon request
  • Room reservations are held until 6.00 pm unless check-in time was previously advised by guests and guaranteed by an accepted credit card
  • Rates are valid for one (1) year only and the Hotel reserves the right to revise it’s rate by serving a minimum of one (1) month’s notice prior to the rate revision
  • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.
