Terms & Conditions

  1. Rates
    • All rates quoted are nett inclusive of 6% government service tax and 10% service charge and in Ringgit Malaysia
    • The hotel reserves the right to amend the agreed upon rates within the contractual period in the event of a tax or service charge alterations by the Government
    • Rates will be applicable for reservations made directly to the Resort’s Reservations Department.
    • Members are required to quote Malaysian Institute of Accountants during reservation and present the MIA Membership Privilege e-Card ☜ for verification upon check-in.
  2. Check-in / Check-out time
    • Check-in time : 1500 hours
    • Check-out time : 1200 hours
    • Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rates, subject to room availability
  3. For the Family
    • Children under 12 years of age sharing same room with parents and utilising existing bedding will not be charged
    • Maximum number of persons allowed in each Studio Suite is 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child or 1 adult and 2 children under 12 years. Family Suite is 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years.
